Revenue

Figures are actual outturn as published by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the Ministry of Finance. 2019 was restated by the Ministry of Finance. 2024 and 2025 are provisional. Spending here is before repaying loan principal, so it is lower than the total in the Appropriation Act. The deficit is the official overall budget deficit, not spending minus revenue in the Act.

A 2026 revenue estimate is not shown because the Budget Estimates are not yet part of this site.
